Terry joined the PVBC team in June of 2021 after 12 years of teaching science at Garden Valley Collegiate. Terry and Jill have been involved in camp ministry since 2010 and are very excited about the next chapter here at Pembina Valley. They have four kids Hazel, Luna, Quin and Sophie. Terry loves God, has a heart for campers of all ages and loves spending time in God's creation. He also enjoys basketball, music and mountain biking with his family.

Colby has been our Head of Maintenance since the beginning of 2020. He has a love for God, and in his spare time, Colby enjoys snowmobiling, board games and foosball.
Jessica is our administrator and has been involved at PVBC since 2020. She loves God and has a heart for seeing others grow in their faith. In her spare time she enjoys taking care of her plants, crocheting and playing golf.
Atia has been involved on and off at PVBC since 2018 and started as the Head Wrangler in 2024. She has a great excitement for ministry, people, horses and ice cream.
Jill joined the PVBC team in June 2021 along with her husband, Terry, and their four kids—Hazel, Luna, Quin, and Sophie. She brings a wealth of camp ministry experience, including a decade of directing Gospel Light Bible Camp with her husband. Jill has served at PVBC in a variety of roles, including Program Director and Event Coordinator. In her free time, Jill enjoys hiking and cross-country skiing.
Jolee is part of the Valley Intern Program and has been involved at PVBC since 2019. She has a heart for youth ministry, and other interests include reading, mid-century fashion, and climbing. During the spring and summer seasons, she leads the climbing programs at PVBC.
Declan is part of the Valley Intern Program and has been involved with PVBC since 2017. Declan leads the backcountry program areas including Outdoor Ed, Wilderness, Advanced Wilderness and Survivor. During his down time he enjoys baking, coffee, foraging, being alone, and reading.

Milo is part of the Valley Intern Program and has been involved at PVBC since the summer of 2025. He is passionate about leading worship and is eager to develop both in that area and in his ability to lead groups and Bible studies. In his spare time, Milo volunteers with his church’s youth group and competes on a competitive curling team.
